The TRITANIA cooking units have a one-piece multilayer structure, consisting of three sheets of three different co-laminated metals: AISI 430 stainless steel on the outside, aluminum on the inside, and titanium in contact with the food.

Unique on the market with a pure titanium cooking surface, a metal highly resistant to corrosion, non-toxic and biocompatible, the TRITANIA cooking units represent the pinnacle of health and taste.

The multilayer material guarantees excellent cooking performance. It allows optimal heat distribution across the entire surface of the pot, including the walls, thus ensuring even cooking. By exploiting the thermal conductivity of aluminum, it enables effective temperature regulation during the various cooking phases.
Robust and durable, they are not scratched by metal tools and remain unchanged even at very high temperatures.

The aluminum sheet has varying thickness depending on the size and intended use. The frying pans have a thicker aluminum sheet (1.9 mm) to ensure a more responsive heat reaction. The pots have a thinner thickness (1.7 mm) to make cooking faster and save energy.
